Terms & Conditions
Reservations are confirmed only after receiving the required advance or full payment. Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 Noon. Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges. Guests must follow treatment schedules advised by Ayurvedic doctors. The resort is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings. All services are governed by the laws of Kerala, India.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is permitted if the request is made at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will result in the full reservation amount being charged.
Refund Policy
Eligible refunds will be processed after deducting applicable bank or payment gateway charges. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Privacy Policy
Chakra Ayurvedic Resort respects guest privacy. Personal information collected during booking such as name, email, and contact details will be used only for reservation processing and service improvement. Customer data will not be sold or shared except when required for payment processing or legal obligations.
Service Policy
The resort provides accommodation, Ayurvedic treatments, Panchakarma programs, yoga sessions, and wellness services. Treatments are provided based on consultation with Ayurvedic doctors. Guests should inform the resort of any medical conditions before starting treatments.
